Indictments released

The following individuals were indicted on felony charges by the Erath County Grand Jury Thursday, Dec. 7. Included are: Casandra Kaye Daugherty, 39, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than one gram (State Jail felony); Scott Robert Harrison, 52, theft, less than $2,500 with two or more prior convictions (State Jail felony); Marvin Joseph Head, 39, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, one gram or more but less than four grams (Third Degree felony); Marlie Renaye Saldivar, 30, unauthorized use of a vehicle (State Jail felony); William Christopher Stafford, 50, driving while intoxicated, 3rd or more, enhanced (Third Degree felony) and Sheila Sue Thomas, 54, possession of a substance in penalty group three, 28 grams or more but less than 200 grams (Third Degree felony).
