Businesses offer grand openings this weekend

Two businesses will host events this weekend to welcome the public. Hacienda Camino Real, a new Mexican restaurant located at 316 N. Patrick Street, will host its grand opening at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 4.

Oct. 16 A vehicle hit a Sonic menu and left the scene. An officer located the vehicle and the person who hit the sign for insurance information. A caller on Park/O’ Neil Street advised there was loud music somewhere and he couldn’t watch the Cowboys game because the music was too loud. Oct.

Christmas Tree display opens Nov. 14

Tarleton’s Gordon Center is inviting some friendly Christmas competition in the annual Christmas Tree Extravaganza starting Tuesday, Nov. 14. The annual Christmas Tree Extravaganza showcases trees decorated by businesses in Gordon, Strawn and Mingus.
