Selden Homecoming canceled The Selden Homecoming, which is normally on the last Sunday in June at the Selden Community Center, will not be held, again, this year (2021) due to the coronavirus.

50 years ago June 10, 1971 Dr. Charles Crabtree announced the opening of his new office building. The new location was at 116 North Grafton and the office was closed Monday morning and Saturday afternoon.

Hico News Review Hico ended its 2020-2021 school year on June 3 with the graduation ceremony on Sunday, June 6. A photo of a few of this year’s graduating seniors was on the front page of the newspaper with the caption of “Nostalgia Walk”.

Dublin ISD offers free meals

Dublin ISD has announced that it will once again provide summer meals for free from June 1-June 29 through assistance by the Texas Department of Agriculture. The meals are available to kids 18 and younger or enrolled students up to 21 with disabilities.

EC3 hosting free summer camps

May 22 At 12:52 a.m. a vehicle was extensively damaged after running off road on 377 South and striking a yield sign which caused the air bags to deploy. The driver was transported by EMS. At 9:23 a.m. a vehicle hydroplaned and flipped over on FM 914, unknown injuries. At 6:22 p.m.
