A group of anonymous students have been the center of attention on campus as recognition has poured in for Tarleton State University’s Purple Poo, celebrating its 100th anniversary during Homecoming week. Honors continued today following the Homecoming parade with the naming of Purple Poo Way.

COVID Vaccinations will become available to all adults as of Monday. This announcement follows reports that the Erath County COVID Vaccination Center has administered more than 6,000 vaccines since they began giving them eight weeks ago and that supply has increased greatly.

Two local lifters claimed high places at state last week. Lingleville students, staff and community member lined the entry way to the school to see off junior Leslie Juarez (seen above with parents, Natalia and Moises) as she headed off to the state Powerlifting Meet in Corpus Christi on Wednesday.

Erath County officials reported three new cases of COVID-19 in the report from Monday, March 15 that was released the next morning. Two of the positive cases were within the city limits of Stephenville while the other was a rural resident of the county.
