Marshall Sevcik may have only joined Dublin Vet Clinic as a veterinarian last month, but he’s a familiar face to long-time customers of the clinic. This is because he helped as a veterinary assistant from 2009 to 2013 while he was attending Tarleton.

Erath County officials reported that the county had 340 active cases of COVID-19 in its Monday night report. (This was up from 276 active cases reported by county officials on the Monday before.) The county report also showed that hospitalizations had risen from 16 last week to 23.

MUSUEM MATTERS

Dublin has had some exceptional football teams over the years. People will often remember football games from the past or special plays. The same thing went on with Walter Hamilton and Sammy Strong back in 1964 recalling Dublin’s first football team in 1898.

Hico News Review Stray sheep were photographed wandering around Highway 220 on on the evening on Aug. 21 past the Dollar Tree and over to the Church of Christ parking lot. Numerous citizens grabbed pictures of the wandering flock before the owner was located.
