Dublin is invited to get into the Halloween and fall spirit with several activities staged for the weekend of Oct. 31 including safe trick or treat, a drive-in circus at the Dublin City Park and a youth rodeo on Oct. 31 and Nov. 1.

Electronics recycling event set Oct. 23-24

A free electronic recycling event is open to Erath County residents with drop-off locations scheduled for Dublin and Stephenville. Dublin residents will be able to drop off old and outdated electronics locally in the Dublin Annex parking lot (219 S. Grafton) on Friday, Oct. 23 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

It was revealed that local sales tax collections continued to trend higher for Dublin in 2020 than 2019 when Texas Comptroller Glenn Hegar announced state sales tax revenue for Sept. 2019. Dublin received nearly $3,000 more in sales tax collections during Sept. 2020 than Sept.
