Dublin voters approve liquor sales

Dublin voters approved, in a large majority vote, the sale of liquor within the city limits.   Dublin City Manager Bobby Mendez reported that the passage will allow the sale of liquor at any type of business with proper leasing and licensing and without club memberships.

Weekly COVID Report - Nov. 6, 2020

Erath County officials reported 15 new cases of COVID-19 in the report from Thursday night (Nov. 5). Fourteen of these new positive cases were from within the city limits of Stephenville and one was from Dublin.   Total deaths since March were elevated to 18 to reflects numbers from the state.

Texas State Senate District 30 candidate Drew Spinger traveled to Dublin Monday afternoon and met with locals at the community building next to First National Bank. Springer is in a run-off election for the position with early voting starting on Dec. 9 and election day set for Dec. 19.
