Misty Wilson boosted her guard depth and offensive versatility in a major way on Thursday, as the soon-to-be eighth-year head coach announced the signing of Eastern Washington transfer Jenna Dick to a National Letter of Intent.

Tarleton season tickets on sale

Western Athletic Conference Football is back and Tarleton fans have the chance to be a part of the new-look Division I conference with the purchase of reserved season tickets for the 2021 campaign. Fans can now purchase their reserved season tickets (that began selling to the public on Monday).

TSU sets B-Ball camps

Tarleton women’s basketball has announced the return of its annual summer camps in June, including two elite prospect camps, a team camp and one youth camp. The Texans are hosting five camps, beginning with a high school Team Camp on June 4-5.

Tarleton baseball sets camps

Tarleton Baseball will be hosting four summer camps in June and August. There will be two youth camps and two Texan prospect camps. Registration is currently open for all camps on texanbaseballcamps.com.

$30K raised on Giving Day

Tarleton State University raised $301,461 from 746 donors on its fifth annual Giving Day, April 13, in support of its mission to boost research, student learning and scholarships. Giving Day at Tarleton continues to gain traction among alumni and friends.

Dublin sending five to regionals

Dublin High School is sending five athletes to Regional Competition in Abilene tomorrow after they placed high in the Area Track Meet in Dublin Thursday. Heading into the next round are Bryten Ballenger, Jilt DeBor, Daniel Escobar, Emiliano Hernandez and Tyler Harrell. Boys results 800 Meters 4.

Tarleton plans busy week

Tarleton Athletics will have 11 games represented by four sports this week. Baseball returns home from a nine-game road trip to host New Mexico State for a fourgame series on April 23-25. The Texans will open the series on Friday with a 3 p.m. game against the Aggies.
