The Lingleville High School class of 2021 tossed their caps in celebration as they graduated Friday. The ceremony also included addresses by Valedictorian Jordyn Hicks (right), Salutatorian Lisa Postmus (bottom right) and the presentation of roses to special mentors and loved ones.

DHS grads amass $55K

Dublin High School reported that the class of 2021 earned more than $55,000 in scholarships as they graduated last month.

Lion camps next week

Dublin ISD will host a trio of camps for the benefit of aspiring Lions and Lady Lions next week. Football The Fun in the Sun Football Camp will be hosted Tuesday, June 1 to Thursday, June 3 on the Bob & Norma Cervetto Field.

BROWNWOOD Water stained; 66 degrees; 1.70 low. Largemouth bass are good in coves, along grass lines and timber in 2-12 feet with frogs, bladed spinners, crankbaits, and finesse jigs. Crappie are good on minnows in brush piles, near bridge pilings, and in the creeks.

Dublin City Pool to open with free entry, hot dogs

The Dublin community is invited to a day of free fun and food at the Dublin City Pool’s grand opening on Saturday, May 29. All admittance will be free at the pool from noon to 5 p.m. that day and free hot dogs will be served up by members of the Dublin Rotary Club.
