The Dublin Lions Baseball and Softball Camps are set May 21 to May 23 for kids from 1st to incoming 9th grade. Camp will be held daily from 9 a.m. to noon with 1st through 5th grades set from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 6th to upcoming 9th graders taking part from 10:30 a.m. to noon.
The camp fee is $30 and includes a t-shirt and pizza party on the final day of the camp after athletes play games practicing what they’ve learned. Fees may be mailed to Lion Camps Attn: Andrew Norwood, 2233 E. Hwy 6, Dublin, TX 76446. Checks should be made to Andrew Norwood for baseball or Skye Gaitan for softball.
Volleyball and basketball camps are set May 26-28 with volleyball from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and basketball from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Volleyball camp is open to girls from 1st through 8th grade while basketball is open to kids from kindergarten to 8th grade. Fees are $30 per camper per camp.
Awards will be handed out on final day of camp and basketball players will receive a ball to use in camp and keep afterwards.
