The Dublin Lions bested Millsap in an 65-58 away game against Millsap on Friday, Jan. 27.
“The guys played well together and as a team” said head Lions basketball coach Wes Grisham. “Defense looked solid and caused turnovers for fast breaks. Our guys enjoyed watching Dalan [Rasberry] and Ayush [Patel] get a few dunks and Chris Teten knocked down the team’s first 3 of the night.”
“On offense the ball moved well and they made some great passes,”Grisham added. “Things are really starting to click and you can see it.”
Adding to the Dublin win were:

■ Aiden Salyer- 2 points, 4 rebounds This followed 69-47 home loss against Peaster, who is ranked fifth in state.
Grisham credited his team for a strong first half performance.
“The guys were giving it their all and we did what we were supposed to do,” said Grisham. “Our guys stepped upwhenneededandcompeted against a good team. Our 4th quarter hurt us but we made sure Peaster had to respect us. I’m really proud of these guys.”
