The 2024 Area Champion Lingleville Lady Cardinals ended their season on the Comanche volleyball court Tuesday, Nov. 12 against Evant in a three-set loss.
Several of the Lady Cardinals earned postseason honors following the end of their playoff bid.
Madison Howle, who earned an average of 14.5 kills per game, was named all-District MVP.
Kenleigh Jones, who had an average of 7.3 kills, 12 digs and 2 aces per game, was named utility player of the year.
Denise Toledo, who scored an average of 18.5 digs per game, was named defensive player of the year.
The following Lady Cards were named 1st Team All-District: Cambri Coburn, Sophie Hudson, Emma Hudson and Dylan Gibson.
Luz Lopez was named 2nd Team All-District.
Academic All-District honors went to Luz Lopez, Emma Hudson, Madison Howle, Kenleigh Jones and Cambri Coburn.
Amelia Finney was a state nominated ‘non player’ manager of the year.
