GOOD. Water stained; 69-73 degrees; 8.50 feet below pool. Black bass to 6.37 pounds are good on glide baits, whopper ploppers, jigs, and on crankbaits in 1-12 feet of water. Bait is moving into the cove pockets. Crappie catches are good to 1.00 pound in 8-12 feet of water on brush piles and around docks using minnows. White bass are fair to 1.06 pounds on crankbaits and small jigs. Catfish are slow to go trick-or-treating this weekend, but may bite for a treat of prepared or cut bait.

GOOD. Water lightly stained; 70-75 degrees; 1.80 feet below pool. Lake turnover is ongoing. Sand bass continue to be fair to good from the shores in town to Blue Water Shores on chartreuse slabs. Look for sand bass schooling activity early and late near main lake points. Catfish are good using cut-bait fished on flats adjacent to creek channels especially midlake and upstream. Largemouth bass are good early on topwater and on crankbaits and soft plastics later in the day. Best largemouth action is on humps in 10 feet of water near points and feeding flats. Some good largemouth bass are being caught by Decordova subdivision and near Ports-O-Call. Striped bass are fair to good with 12 pound catches on live bait and trolled Alabama rigs fished from Decordova Subdivision to the dam on channel breaks

POSSUM KINGDOM

FAIR. Water clear; 70-75 degrees; 3.10 feet below pool. Striper are excellent in 30-40 feet of water with live bait. The fish are scattered, so do not be afraid to just sit in an area and let fish come to you. Sand bass are fair using small slabs, live shad, and small jigs. Some fish can be caught trolling chartreuse or white crankbaits in 20-40 feet of water. Catfish are good on small cut and live shad. Jug lines are producing good numbers of fish in 5-20 feet of water. Blue catfish can be caught on rod and reel in 20-30 feet with cut or live shad. Water clarity is at 4-8 feet of visibility.

PROCTOR

FAIR. Water stained; 75 degrees; 13.92 feet below pool. Black bass are slow. Catfish can be caught casting spells or stinkbait. Hybrid and sand bass are schooling biting slabs. Crappie are hitting minnows around rock structures.

WEATHERFORD

SLOW. Water stained; 72 degrees; 8.42 feet below pool. Crappie are fair with a few keepers on brush piles near the dam with minnows or jigs. Catfish are fair with a few catches on the rocks near the dam on cut bait or shad. Bass are slow still in deeper water on crankbaits and Texas rigged worms.
