GOOD. Water stained; 73-75 degrees; 8.38 feet below pool. The lake is turning over and the water is stained. Black bass are good with catches up to 7.37 pounds on jigs, shakey heads, crankbaits and frogs in 2-15 feet of water. Crappie are good in brush piles and around the docks on minnows in 10-12 feet of water. White bass are good with catches up to 1.50 pounds under the lights on crankbaits and small jigs. Catfish are slow with catches up to five pounds using prepared and cut bait.

GRANBURY

GOOD. Water lightly stained; 70-75 degrees; 1.65 feet below pool. Lake turnover is ongoing with water temperatures in the low to middle 70s. Catfish continue to be good with an occasional 20 pound plus fish on cut bait fished on the upper ends. Striped bass to 12 pounds are possible on the lower ends using live shad, downrigger jigs or Alabama rigs. Sand bass are fair with some good catches reported near Decordova subdivision and in town by the Shores. Largemouth bass to 7 pounds are possible on crankbaits and soft plastics fished near main lake points and on humps in 10 feet of water. Crappie limits continue to be taken on minnows and small jigs fished midlake on submerged bridge pilings and trees.

POSSUM KINGDOM FAIR. Water clear; 70-78 degrees; 3.12 feet below pool. Striper are excellent using live bait in 20-30 feet of water. The fish are on the move so do not be afraid to sit and let them come to you. If you mark a few fish give them a try before moving on to other locations. Sand bass are fair using small slabs, small shad, and small jigs in chartreuse, and white. Some can also be caught trolling crankbaits in 20-30 feet of water. Catfish are good in 5-20 feet of water using small cut or live shad, and jug lines. Water clarity is at 4-8 feet of visibility.

PROCTOR

FAIR. Water stained; 80 degrees; 13.79 feet below pool. Black bass are slow. Catfish on punch bait in shallow water. Hybrid and sand bass can be caught on top water. Crappie are hitting minnows around rock structures. Boat ramps are closed, but it is possible to launch a kayak.

WEATHERFORD

SLOW. Water stained; 72 degrees; 8.51 feet below pool. Crappie are fair with a few keepers on brush piles near the dam with minnows or jigs. Catfish are fair with a few catches on the rocks near the dam on cut bait or shad. Bass are slow still in deeper water on crankbaits and Texas rigged worms.
