BROWNWOOD

Water stained; 47 degrees; 3.05 low. Largemouth bass are fair with spinners, crankbaits, and jigs in coves and shorelines. Crappie are fair on minnows in brush piles and timber edges near a creek channel or dropoff. White bass and hybrids are fair on slabs and swimbaits in the creeks. Catfish are fair on punch bait and cut bait in 12-25’ near baited areas.

GRANBURY

Water clear; 48 degrees; 0.03 low. Largemouth bass are fair on crankbaits, spinners, jerk baits, and finesse jigs in 5-15’ near points, rocky shorelines, and rock ledges. Crappie fishing is good around boat docks with minnows. Catfishing is fair with cut bait and punch bait. Stripers are good with swimbaits and A-rigs along the main lake channel in 35-45’.

P O S S U M KINGDOM

Water clear; 54 degrees; 0.53’ low. Largemouth bass are good moving to the upper portion of the lake among vegetation and deeper in the lower portions as bass start migrating using the entire tackle box. Crappie are fair on jigs moving between 4-10 feet. White bass are fair on crankbaits among steep drops and coming out from shallow coves and creeks. Striped bass are fair on ledges deeper and are around 15 feet. Catfish are good on cut bait, live sunfish, and stinkbait.

Water lightly stained, 48 degrees; 0.46 low. Largemouth bass are fair on jerk baits, cranks, and skirted jigs in near brushy creeks, timber edges, and rocky shorelines. Hybrid stripers are fair with swimbaits in the main lake around 30-45’. Crappie are fair with minnows in 14-28’ in creek mouths, timber, and brush piles. Catfish are fair on cut bait and prepared bait.

WEATHERFORD

WEATHERFORD Water clear; 48 degrees; 1.36 low. Largemouth bass are fair on football jigs, crankbaits, and finesse worms near rocky shorelines and creeks, fallen timber, and brush. White bass are good in creeks. Crappie are fair on minnows around docks, creeks, and submerged cover. Catfish are fair on punch bait.
