The Dublin Lions split losses in games at home last week and Monday night (Nov. 28).
Vs. Lingleville
On Nov. 22, the Lions hosted the Lingleville Cardinals in a 73-64 victory for the home team.
“We had a lot of guys get some playing time and help get the offense going, said head Lions basketball coach Wes Grisham. “Our pressure defense looked good most of the game, and I’m excited to see these guys go up another notch and their progression throughout the season.”

Vs. Glen Rose
On Monday night, the Lions returned to the home hardwood to face the Glen Rose Tigers. The match-up ended in a 77-41 loss for Dublin but the Lions gave the visitors a solid fight.
“We had a great first half against Glen rose only being down 30-34 [at the end of the second quarter],” Grisham said. “Our second half had a hard time getting our offense going. Instead, turnovers turned into points for Glen Rose. Once we got our offense running we didn’t knock down our shots.”
