Workouts start Monday, July 31 for football, volleyball and cross country.
All athletes are asked to have the following items completed before July 31: ALL students must turn in a Medical History Form prior to workouts. Incoming 7th, 9th & 11th graders must get a physical this year. If you did not take advantage of the free physical night in May, please get this taken care of so you do not have to sit out of drills on the first day. If you would like to use Dublin Family Medicine, their number is 254-445-4900. You may use other providers if you would like, but PLEASE GET THIS TAKEN CARE OF ASAP. Students are required to bring a physical examination form and their medical history form (included in this letter) to the appointment.
All other UIL required forms will be part of the online registration process. You must complete your online registration before you can participate in practice sessions. Online registration is now open.

Scrimmage @ Hamilton Players will practice in the mornings on August 1-8 as teacher in-service will be held from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. on those days. The first day of school is August 9.
Volleyball
Practices for Dublin Lady Lions volleyball start on July 31 from 6:30 a.m. to 8 a.m. and 4:15 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Cross Country
Morning workouts start for DHS Cross Country Monday, July 31.
These workouts are open to any DISD athlete even if not participating in cross country and simply want to get in shape before their season starts.(Thisexcludesvolleyball and football as those practices coincide with this one.)
