Gregory Alan Ladesic 63, of Stephenville went to his heavenly reward on Wednesday, November 17, 2021. Memorial services will be held Sunday November 28 at the Stephenville Funeral Home.

Billie Jean (Fine) Mayes

Billie Jean (Fine) Mayes, 91, went to be with the Lord on November 11, 2021 at her residence in Eastland, TX. She was born in Dublin, Texas to her parents James Abraham Fine and Retha Christian Fine on September 11, 1930. After knowing each other for only six weeks, Billie Jean married Anthony Wayne Mayes in 1947. They had two children Richard Earl Mayes (deceased) and Terresa M. Tankersley of Eastland, Texas. While in Houston, she worked for ExxonMobil unti8l her retirement in 1986. She is survived by one brother Allen Z. Fine of Arlington, Texas.

CORNETT Michael Robert “Mike” Cornett, 57, went to be with the Lord on November 11, 2021 at the DeLeon Nursing Home. Mike was born on June 11, 1964 in Charleston, SC to his parents Jim George Cornett, JR.

Joe Del Bosque, 63, went to be with the Lord on November 14, 2021 at the Harris Methodist Hospital in Downtown Fort Worth. He was born on November 15, 1957 in Knox City, Texas to his parents Eulalio Del Bosque and Maria (Perez) Del La Luz. He did maintenance for the City of Dublin and has two children. He enjoyed the outdoors and being active.

Don Peacock, 82, of Stephenville, went to be with his heavenly Father on Saturday, November 13, 2021. Funeral services for Don will be at 10:00 AM Wednesday, November 17th at First Baptist Church with Dr.

Pablo Torres, 75, went to be with the Lord on October 29, 2021 in Dallas, Texas. He was born on April 28, 1946 in Mexico to his parents Felisitas Villegas Torres and Juan Torres. Pablo married his wife Maria DeLos Angeles on August 18, 1979 and was blessed with a child whom they raised together. He attended the St. Mary’s Catholic church in Dublin, Texas and was a self employed rancher.

WEEMS

Blanche King Weems, 89, was born in Bowie, Texas, October 24, 1932 to John and Cora King and raised in Dublin Texas where she met her husband of 56 years, Glyn Weems, and moved to the Dallas area where they raised their family. She retired from Rockwell Collins Radio in Richardson, Texas and returned to Dublin Texas in 1992. She was dedicated to her her husband of 56 years, and was a loving mother, grandmother, and greatgrandmother. She enjoyed the outdoors, loved to fish, and tend to her flower gardens, playing chess, and enjoyed her cats. Most of all she believed in God, and loved Jesus, her Lord and Savior.

Connor David Stowe, 15, of Odessa, died Saturday, November 6, 2021. Funeral services for Connor will be held at 1:30 PM Sunday, November 14th at Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel.

MURPHY

Rhonda Jo Murphy, 63, went to be with the lord on November 6, 2021 at the Metro Methodist Hospital in San Antonio, Texas. Rhonda was born August 21, 1958 in Dublin, Texas to her parents Jerry Jordan Daniel and Ruby Joyce Voigt Daniel. She married her husband Jimmy Murphy on May 21, 1977 and raised two children together. Rhonda was a retired secretary for twenty years at First Christian Church in Stephenville, Texas and currently worked at Golden Chick in Dublin, Texas. She was a member of the First Fruits Christian Church and a true servant of the Lord. Rhonda enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

PILLOW

William “Billy” Jay Pillow, 71, peacefully, while sleeping, went to be with the Lord on October 25, 2021, in Allen, Texas. He was born on June 20, 1950, to his parents Irene (Cook) and William Glenn Pillow in Mineral Wells, Texas. Billy was affiliated with the Hillcrest Baptist Church of Dallas up until he got put on kidney dialysis seven years ago.
