Lions at Regionals

Dublin Lion athletes Dalan Rasberry and Cameron Patton traveled to Lubbock for regional track competition last week.

Senior Dalan Rasberry narrowly missed his state bid with a fourth place long jump finish of 22’5.75”. This distance was logged for both third and fourth place and the second place finish was only 22’6.25”. The first place finish was 22’9.25”. (Only the top two places advance from Regionals to State.)

In the 400m Dash, Cameron Patton finished fifth in his heat and 12th overall in the prelims with a time of 53.49 seconds. (First place in the prelims came in at 48.63 seconds.)
