The Dublin Lions, as always, took the field by proudly, carrying American, Texas and school flags. The game ended 48-20 after a well-defended first half that ended 14-7 in Albany’s favor. Dublin head football coach Greg Hardcastle praised his players for playing hard and for coming back to battle at the end. Hardcastle said the Dublin Lions will look to improve their game as they travel Friday to face the tough Anson at 7:30 p.m. Paul Gaudette | Citizen staff photo
