The Dublin Lions ended their season in a ‘home’ game in Glen Rose after midweek rains had teams looking for a change of venue.
The game acted as senior night for the Lions with Kaden Gaitan, DJ Ferguson and team manager Bailey Watson all presented gifts for the final game of their high school careers.
Head Dublin baseball coach praised his team for its never quit attitude and the growth they showed from the beginning of the season to the end of the season.
“They kept fighting and kept a finding ways to lead this team each and every game,” said Norwood. “What’s great about this team is we are young and we have room for growth and will keep on moving forward.”
