The Dublin Lions are still sitting at second in District (5-2) following a win over Millsap and loss to Tolar.
The Lions ended the Tuesday, Jan. 14 home battle with Tolar 62-48.
“This was a frustrating game for us,” said head boys basketball coach Wes Grisham. “Every turnover we caused for Tolar— somehow we gave it back to them. We had a hard time finding rhythm and they knocked down some tough shots through our defense.”
Kaden Gaitan led scoring with 14 points, 5 rebounds, 6 assists and 6 steals.

“This was a game [where] we put ourselves back in the driver seat,” said Grisham. “Our guys stepped up and delivered blow after blow offensively and defensively.”
Teten led Dublin’s dunks with 26 points, followed closely by Jones with 21.
