The Dublin Lady Lions ended their season with a battle against Early at home Tuesday, Oct. 29.
Senior Lady Lions were honored with a final walk across the court escorted by family prior to the game which ended in Early’s favor. Dublin scored 10,12 and 7 in the three sets.
Bailey Watson led in stats with 3 kills, 9 blocks and a dig while Olivia Salyer had 2 kills, 8 blocks and 2 digs.
Summer Anderson snagged 5 assists and 4 digs. Yasmin Esparza had 9 digs.
Adriana Stewart had 2 kills and 3 digs. Sandra Vazquez had 4 digs. Derby Kukla had 2 kills and a dig, and Ingrid Hernandez had 2 kills.
“We saw improvement like never before towards the close of our season. We became confident and consistent in fighting to win sets. I am extremely excited to see what these girls in our program can do next year,” Head Volleyball Coach Lauryn Risinger said.
