AgriLife Extension district reporters compiled the following summary for the Central Texas district: Very dry soil moisture conditions continued. Soil moisture levels were very short. Drought was exacerbated by the relentless heavy winds and warm temperatures.

POLICE LOG

April 20 Dublin PD was advised of harassment after a subject came into the station to report receiving threatening text messages. A caller reported spotting three dogs running loose in the 200 block of O’Neil.

Hamilton Herald-News Riley Gardner Memorial staff recently installed the granite eagle on Hamilton County Veterans Memorial. The memorial will be dedicated in a ceremony on Memorial Day.
