In October, the Rylan Strong Network will host more fundraising events including its major annual fundraiser Wheels of Hope. The Third Annual Benefit Car, Bike and Truck Show will be hosted from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 5 at Red Barrel Bar and Grill, at 16824 U.S. 377.

Sept. 2There was report of guard rail damage on the overpass at Hwy. 377 and Hwy. 6. A reporting person on scene advised there was a truck and horse trailer there with nobody around. Dispatch received a crash detection around 4:45 that pinged in the same area.

The Dublin Dandi-Lion Drill Team is inviting kids from kindergarten through 6th grade to become a Dandi-Lion for a day in the annual mini dance clinic.Practice will be Oct. 10 from 4:45 p.m. to 7 p.m. and kids will perform with the drill team in the stands and on the field during the Oct.

Dublin Cross Country was returning home to host meets Sept. 18 and 25 following competition in Lipan Sept. 11.A total of 26 runners participated at the Lipan event with 17 improving their times from the last meet.
