The Dublin Lions 7th grade and 8th grade Lions were on Cervetto Field Thursday, Sept. 12 as they faced the Anson Tigers in fiercely fought games. The teams will return to the field Thursday, Sept. 19 to face Bowie. The Jr. High cheerleaders were on hand to lead the stands in rooting for the home teams.

The Dublin Lady Lions had their shields up as their battle against the Bangs Dragons went five sets deep in the Aug. 27 away game.Bangs fought the lionesses to claim 25-19 and 25-17 wins in the first and second set but Dublin roared back in the third and fourth with 27-25 and 25-23 triumphs.
