Nonprofit regional dairy council, Dairy MAX, today announced a partnership with Complexity Gaming, one of North America’s most elite and longest-standing esports organizations.

Lions named All-District

Eight 2020-2021 Dublin Lions Basketball boys received post-season District 8-3A honors last week, recognizing their effort and accomplishments throughout the season, which ended with the team being named Area Champions after besting Wall 57-55.

Lady Cards honored

Four Lingleville Lady Cardinals claimed All-District honors, recognizing their efforts and accomplishments in the 2020-2021 season which ended with the team as Area Champions.

Hicks named WAC Freshman of Year

Tarleton Men’s Basketball put a stamp on its inaugural Division I season with four Texans honored by the Western Athletic Conference with end-of-season awards. Freddy Hicks headlined the Texan award winners taking home the WAC Freshman of the Year honor.

Tarleton game to finish in fireworks

Homecoming week is going to end with a bang as the Tarleton Athletic Department and Tarleton Alumni Association are providing a postgame fireworks show for fans at the conclusion of Saturday’s football game.

2021 Love Run 5K

More than 50 runners competed in the rescheduled Love Run 5K and Fun Run Saturday. Proceeds from the event go towards Transformation Pathway and its ministries as a Christian Women’s/Men’s Job Corps, providing classes and training to help those it benefits with valuable job and life skills.

Dubliners lift at Regionals

Dublin’s Celeste Alvarez lifted a state ticket as her teammates also showed strength during the Region 2, Division 3 Powerlifting Meet held at Dublin Secondary School Saturday. Alvarez claimed the top spot in the 220 weight class by lifting a combined 910 pounds.

2021 Cheer teams named
