October and November have been wonderful months at Dublin Intermediate School. Our students enjoyed the Spook Parade in October, followed by a House Meeting and a celebration for Probitas House in November.

Tarleton to host Bazaar

Tarleton State University’s Staff Senate invites the community to attend the annual Purple & White Bazaar on Friday, Dec. 5, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the Barry B. Thompson Student Center.

One arrested on felony animal cruelty

Recently, an emu named Hank lost his life and almost took the life of a citizen. The incident has resulted in an animal cruelty arrest being made by the Dublin Police Department.Shawn David Kelso, 43, was arrested Friday, Nov.

Toys for Tots seeking donations

The local community is being called to help make Christmas merry for local kids as Toys for Tots drop boxes have been put up throughout Dublin and Stephenville.Lilly G Arena Productions is aiding the Marine Corps Reserves with the area event.Locals can drop unwrapped toys in the boxes through Dec.

Early deadline set for Thanksgiving

The Dublin Citizen will be closed Thursday, Nov. 27 and Friday, Nov. 28 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.
