In celebration of their 124th anniversary, the Thursday Club took a field trip to Middle Trinity Groundwater offices in Stephenville.

A wide variety of artwork is on display at the Cross Timbers Fine Arts Council River North Gallery (204 River Rorth Blvd.) in Stephenville in the “Living Creations” exhibit of Pat Shafer. Pieces include watercolors, needlepoint, homemade jewelry, painted plates, sketches and more.

KoC fish fry continues Friday

The Stephenville Knights of Columbus continue their annual Lenten Fish Fry this Friday at Newman Hall. The weekly event will run from 5:00-7-00 p.m. Fridays thru April8. The meal will consist of fish, coleslaw, hushpuppies, french fries, tea, and dessert. Prices this year are $15 on all orders.

February 26 At 5:46 p.m. a group of men claiming they were with Encore were going door to door trying to tell solar systems on CR 437. They were determined to work for a company called Lumio. February 27 At 12:12 p.m. three puppies who were dumped in a ditch on CR 299 near CR 300 were found dead.
