Holly Smith, a beloved Erath County resident, was killed in a car accident last week, and an arrest has been made involving the driver of the 18-wheeler in the crash.According to information provided by DPS, on Thursday, April 30, at around 6:50 a.m.

Cole Leatherwood and incumbent Ryan Mitchell have been elected to the Dublin ISD school board after the May 2 local election.Overall for the May election, there were 20,134 registered voters in the county with 1,183 ballots cast, or 5.88% voting turnout throughout the entire county.
