New Jury summons launched

Those who have received a different looking jury summons from Erath County need not be alarmed that it is a hoax or fake, as the county has transitioned to a new form of jury summons.

Revitalize Dublin now nonprofit

A workday is set for this Saturday for Revitalize Dublin’s first clean up of 2024 and the community group is celebrating officially becoming a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.This Saturday’s event will take place starting at 8:30 a.m. and last until noon at 546 S. Camden.

EDC approves grants, elects president

Several grants were approved at the recent meeting of the Dublin Economic Development Corporation and revisions on the new home grant were unanimously approved.At the Tuesday, March 26 meeting, Paul Bradberry was unanimously elected as president of the board.

Animal cruelty arrest made

Two arrest warrants were issued for Cheryl Barker in an ongoing animal cruelty investigation in conjunction with the Erath County Sheriff’s Office.Deputies from ECSO were called to 518 CR 712 which is Barker’s property in reference to an animal cruelty investigation.
