Neighbors reportedly watched gratefully Aug. 14 and 15 as city crews gathered at 555 Camden to demolish a vacant building in violation of the city’s dangerous building ordinance. After a day and a half of work, only a leveled field remains.

Two employees have been awarded scholarships from Chick-fil-A Stephenville after their proficient applications and exemplary work ethic.

Dr. Dennis Reed of Dublin Veterinary clinic visited with kids at Morning Star Ranch Saturday, Aug. 10 as part of the summer Wranglers program. Dr. Reed spoke about basic horse care and fielded questions about horse health the kids had prepared in advance. Morning Star Ranch is located between Dublin and Stephenville and uses equine-facilitated learning to open hearts and minds through equine therapy. | Submitted photo
