The Dublin Chamber of Commerce is starting 2021 fresh with a new office, phone number and board members. The Chamber moved from its temporary office at Dublin Bottling Works to 110 S. Patrick Street, Suite B next to the Dublin EDC’s new office space.

Citizen closed for New Year’s

The Dublin Citizen will close at noon on Thursday, Dec. 31 and re-open on Jan. 4 so that the staff may celebrate the New Year’s holiday. The closure will not affect subscribers from receiving copies or the deadlines for the following edition. The Citizen wishes everyone a Happy New Year!

Dublin Lion Angel Ramirez became the most winning basketball player in Dublin ISD history in January, according to DHS coaches. Ramirez broke the record after having been involved with 61 Dublin wins on the basketball court.

Erath county officials reported 46 new COVID-19 cases in the report from Wednesday night. Twenty-three of these cases were residents within the city limits of Stephenville, two were from Dublin and 21 were rural residents of the county.
