Rancher Navy, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting farmers, ranchers, and agricultural communities during and after natural disasters, delivered items to Comfort, Texas following the July 16 flood that destroyed 135 homes and damaged 490 homes and 100 businesses in Kerr County.
