The Lingleville Lady Cardinals were looking for a win as they entered the month of December by head girls’ basketball coach Brandon Haught is seeing improvement on the court that the team hopes to turn into gains.“Varsity girls are off to a tough start but are improving every day,” said Haught.

Lady Lions snatch another victory

The Dublin Lady Lions claimed a 39-36 away victory over DeLeon Tuesday, Nov. 25.Adriana Stewart led the Lady Lions in the win with 17 points followed by Olivia Salyer with 11. Regan Vanbebber scored 4 points, Bayli Jackson had 3 points and Derby Kukla and Ismari Molina had 2 points each.

The Dublin Lady Lions claimed bronze at the Hamilton basketball tournament last week after going 3-1.Head girls basketball coach Waylon Salinas praised the growth his team is making game by game.“Everyone is contributing as a team and are performing as a unit,” said Salinas.
