Summer concerts are continuing at the historic Granbury Opera House during 2021.

DPS reports on Dublin crashes

Texas Department of Public Safety Troopers reported two collisions that occurred in the morning hours of Monday in Erath County. According to DPS reports, the first crash happened at approximately 9:30 a. m. on US Highway 67 near County Road 351 in Dublin.

Erath Grand Jury indicts 8

The Erath County Grand Jury returned 10 indictments on July 7.

July 5 A report was made for fireworks on Comanche/Trowbridge. A report was made for three dogs in the callers yard on the 600 block of Hawk. A report was made for a large black dog trying to attack a small dog on the 500 block of Sheridan.

SHERIFF’S REPORT

July 3 At 4:54 a.m. a Chevy 3500 Silverado with no one around was found on fire in a ditch off of FM 2481. It had been reported as stolen. At 9:14 p.m. a very friendly dog was found lost on FM 8 West near CR 568. July 5 At 5:33 p.m.

CTFAC Art Camp draws sell-out crowd
