Filing for local elections for school board and city council are now officially open for the May 2 election and both Dublin boards will have opportunities for citizens to serve. Filing is open for local elections through Friday, Feb. 13.

Ringing in the New Year at Three Oaks

The New Year’s Eve celebration Dec. 31, 2025, at Three Oaks Assisted Living was a success with more than 35 people in attendance. There was a variety of food including beltbusters and chicken baskets donated by Dairy Queen. Games were played including cards, dominoes, bingo and more.

Mowry tops WPRA again

Dubliner Kassie Mowry claimed the title of WPRA World Champion Barrel Racer of the Year for the second year in a row, placing or winning seven of her 10 runs at the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo in December 2025.
