The Light Up Our Night holiday decorating contest is underway and is being hosted by Revitalize Dublin.A first, second and third place winner will be chosen by the Dublin Citizen newspaper staff and one community vote winner chosen by the kids of Dublin.

The weather had been favorable for crop development, with mild temperatures, sunny days and intermittent rain the previous week. The rain improved small grain and pasture conditions, although more moisture was needed as rapid drying raised concerns.

Dublin Junior High is bustling with activity as the year progresses toward the holiday season. Our students, staff, and families have much to look forward to in the coming weeks, with events and opportunities showcasing students’ talents and hard work.

The city of Dublin has received a demolition permit from Crazy Ace LLC to remove a collapsed roof on the building next to the Corner Lot on North Patrick.On Thursday, Nov. 14, a collapse caused the break of windows and sent debris onto main street.
