Dublin High School is sending 10 athletes to the Area Track Meet Thursday, April 16 in Jacksboro after placing high at the District track meet held April 8-9 at Dublin Secondary.
Alex Teten placed first in the varsity boys high jump with a height of 6’2”.
Travis Spharler took first in the boys pole vault with a height of 14’.
Jayden DeLeon claimed 2nd place in the triple jump with 42’09.25” and 3rd place in the 400m dash with 52.85.
Jayden Balvantin claimed silver in the boys shot put with 42’8”.
Bayli Jackson took third in the girls shot put with 33’0.5”.
McKayla Hernandez claimed 4th in both the 1600m run (6:03.85) and 3200m (13:43.47) Olivia Salyer claimed 4th in the long jump with 16’05.5”.
Also claiming 4th with a time of 4:23.80 was the 4x400 relay team of Natalie Tijerina, Kim Ortiz, Avery Sieperda and Olivia Salyer.
