The Dublin varsity Cross Country boys took home another team gold on Oct. 15 at the Lipan Invitational meet while Lucero Marquez took first in the girls event.
This boys’ first-place finish came after the Dublin runners claimed four top 10 spots in the boys 5000M event.
Daniel Escobar, Giovanni Rodriguez and Liandro Ortiz claimed second, fourth, fifth and sixth place respectively.
Other finishes for the Dublin varsity boys included:

The varsity girls claimed two top 5 individual finishes and fourth place as a team with the following finishes:

24. Alejandra Calderon
26. Alex Schronk
The JV teams also ran at the Stephenville meet with Emmanuel Palamino claiming 13th in the boys event and Juan Macias placing 25th.
The Cross Country teams returned home Wednesday for the district warm-up, and will run at home again this Wednesday for the district meet.
