Martin Vazquez, 58 of Lingleville, passed away Jan. 18, 2024.

Martin was born on July 5, 1965 in Strawn, Texas to his parents, Esteban Vazques and Aurora Rubio. He was a laborer and jack of all trades.

Martin is survived by his mother, Aurora Lopez of Lingleville; brother, Mondo Vazquez of Bovina; sisters, Armandina Vazquez of Lingleville, Yolanda Lopez of Kingsland, Maria Vazquez of Dublin, and Martha Torres of Friona; children, Sabrina Jackson of Ranger, Martin Vazquez, Jr. of Stephenville, and Kandi Marie Vazquez of Stephenville; and seven grandchildren.

Martin was preceded in death by his father, Esteban Vazquez, and a daughter, Vanessa Vazquez.

He will be greatly missed by a wild bunch of nieces, nephews and extended family and friends that will forever remember the laughs and love he so willingly gave.

Funeral services for Martin were held Monday, Jan. 22, 2024 at Stephenville Funeral Home. Burial followed at West End Cemetery.

A Rosary service was held Saturday, Jan. 20, 2024, Chapel at Stephenville Funeral Home.
