Edwin “Butch” Lioce

Edwin “Butch” Lioce, 63, of Dublin, Texas returned to his loving Savior on Feb.12, 2023.

Butch was born on Feb. 4, 1960, in Crane, Texas to his parents, Onalda and Frank Lioce. Butch lived and breathed anything football. He loved it so much he never missed a Dallas Cowboys game. Above all, he was the best Dad the kids could ask for.

Butch is preceded in death by his father, Frank Lioce, and his stepfather, Mike Rone.

Butch is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Bryan and Maggie Lioce, daughter and fiancé, Jessica Meador and Chris Payne, son, Justin Lioce, and fiancé Mystal Jones, and his grandchildren, Lilly, Lace, Emma, Luka, Brayden, Jayden, Hayden, Kayden, and Hunter, Taylor, Hunter D., Jackson, and Aiden, along with a host of relatives and friends.

Services were held Saturday Feb. 18, 2023, at Harrell Memorial Chapel. Interment followed at Barbee Cemetery.
