MORRISON
Charlotte Ann Thompson Morrison passed away peacefully at home in Dublin, Texas, on June 25, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, resilience, and devotion. Born on September 20, 1951, Charlotte lived a life rooted in strength and compassion, always putting family at the heart and center of all she did.
She gave life to generations who carry her spirit forward: her daughter Bobbie Kay Morrison, her son Robert Michael Morrison, her granddaughter Victoria Lang, her grandson Elliot Lang, and her beloved great-grandson Arlo Flores-Lang.
Charlotte was one of five spirited sisters— Karen Kay Ruble, Rosie Marie McKinney, Gayla Jean Holloway, and Terry Sue Drake—known fondly as Sammy & Betty Gayle’s girls.
She came from a large, loving family and held a special place in her heart for her many nieces and nephews. Among them were the cherished “Ann’s Rule Girls”—Marigayle Ann Dudley, Alisha Ann, both of which are her name sake.
Charlotte’s memory will live on in every family gathering, every shared laugh, and every night sky lit by the moon. She will be profoundly missed and forever remembered.
A Celebration of Charlotte’s Life and Luncheon was held July 4th, 2025 at Round Grove Baptist Church.
