Misuse of funds leads to new process, termination of employee

The Dublin City Council voted to absorb the annual water rate increase from the Upper Leon Municipal Water District during the regular meeting Monday, Aug. 11.Dublin is in a decades-long contract with Upper Leon to provide municipal water.
