A 14-year-old juvenile was arrested Friday, Sept. 12 on charges of unlawful carry of a weapon in prohibited places – weapon free zone after bringing a firearm to the Dublin Varsity football game.The charge is a 2nd degree felony.

After the murder of conservative speaker and Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, hundreds attended a Conservative Christian Values Rally at the courthouse Saturday, Sept. 13. The rally included a candlelit vigil and prayers for his family and our nation.

Hundreds of citizens, officials and first responders gathered Monday, Sept. 15 for a moment in Erath County history – the groundbreaking ceremony for the new Joint Dispatch Center.
