King Law Office relocates downtown

King Law Office is officially settled in its new downtown home located at 115 S. Patrick Street.The law office, owned by attorney Tracy King, has been a Dublin and Erath County staple for 14 years, but recently relocated from its Hwy. 377 location to downtown.

Wreck ends with two fatalities

A single vehicle motorcycle wreck ended in a double fatality in Comanche County last week.According to information released by the Texas Department of Public Safety, the wreck occurred at 12:52 p.m. Tuesday, July 16 on Farmto- Market Road 1469, six miles northwest of DeLeon.

Police Log

A reporting person advised that their son came and got the truck. The truck is in their son’s name but they have been making the payments. Officer advised them of their options since it was a civil matter.There was a cow out in the ditch on Hwy. 6 West.

Stephenville talks Glasgow Loop

The Stephenville City Council chambers were filled on Tuesday, July 16 as many came to weigh in or show support of the renaming of the Northwest Loop to Senator Robert J. Glasgow Loop.The discussion item led off a brief agenda of items for the monthly council committee meeting.
