SOUTHERLAND

Edith Irene Southerland, 82, passed away Friday, June 24, 2022 in Dublin, Texas. Edith was born on Sept. 4, 1938 in Brad, Texas and moved to Breckenridge, Texas when she was two years old. She grew up there and, at age 14, met the love of her life, Bob Southerland. They married on April 29, 1955.

CROFT

John and Helen Croft welcomed with great love, their first child, John Ritchie Croft, who was born on July 7, 1949, on the Plains of West Texas in Muleshoe. Ritchie Croft, passed away after a sudden illness on July 13, 2022, at the age of 73, in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

HAYNES

Ray Haynes, 92, passed away on July 18, 2022 in Stephenville, TX. Ray was born on October 28, 1929 in Paris, TX to his parents John Drayton Haynes and Sarah Abbie (Gates) Haynes. He married Bonnie Partain. Ray worked for the pipeline service corporation and Ray’s Backhoe Service for around 25 years.

HAYS

Paula Helen (Picard) Hays passed away on July 12, 2022 in Carlton, TX. Paula was born on December 14, 1963 in Providence, Rhode Island to her parents Roland Thomas Picard and Helen Claudine (Parkman) Picard. She married James Lewis Hays on March 4, 1991.

Carson Herd Loving, 87, of Lingleville, passed away Saturday, July 2, 2022 in Stephenville. Funeral Services were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at the Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at the Lingleville West End Cemetery in Lingleville.

Clarence Wayne (C.W.) Smith

Clarence Wayne (C.W.) Smith, 87, went to be with the Lord July 9, 2022, in Dublin, Texas. Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 16 at 11 a.m. at Community Baptist Church. Visitation will be held at the church before the service at 9 a.m.

COOPER

Joe B. Cooper Ill, 70, passed away Sunday, July 3, 2022. Joe was born Aug. 20, 1951, to Lorey and Joe Cooper, Jr., and grew up in Fort Worth, Texas. After graduating from Arlington Heights High School and Texas Tech University in Lubbock, he married Debbie Jones on July 14, 1973.

Eddie Mote

Louis Edward Mote Jr., 79, went to be with the Lord on July 8th, 2022 in Fort Worth, Texas. Graveside services were Monday, July 11 at 10 a.m. at Lower Greens Creek Cemetery. Visitation is being held before the service at 9 a.m. at Harrell Funeral Home of Dublin.

DITMORE

Billy Joe Ditmore, 60, went to be with the Lord on July 1, 2022 in Denver City, Texas. Billy was born on June 14, 1962 in Dublin, Texas to his parents Billy Joe Noel and Lucille (Maxwell) Ditmore. He married Martha (Secrest) Ditmore on Sept. 20, 1985.
