Market Days returns Dec. 10 Dublin Market Days will be joining the city’s Holiday Parade evening schedule on Dec. 10. Come shop local knitters, bakers, and candlestick makers—well, lots of good stuff anyway—on your way to and from the parade.

Since Glenda Hargrove graduated from Dublin High School in 1962, she’s fixed clients’ hair in her beauty salon, raised three children, and now, as a home health aide, she helps elderly people with tasks they cannot do themselves. “I love to take care of people,” she said. “That’s just how it is.

When he was young, Jeremy Farr idolized truck drivers. “I was that little kid out there standing by the road pumping his arm for truckers,” he said. Now, Farr has been driving a truck for 21 years and has no plans to stop any time soon.

Market Days returns Saturday This coming weekend is the Dublin Market—Wright Park, Nov. 21, 9 a.m. ’til 1 p.m. The weather will be fine and Wright Park will be full of vendors with wonderful items to behold. November means we are thankful for our harvest.
