Erath County Judge Alfonso Campos announced on Monday that Erath is having to roll back reopening restrictions after hospitalizations in its Trauma Service Area (TSA E) tipped over 15% for seven consecutive days.

Erath county officials reported 27 new COVID-19 cases in the report from Thursday night. Seventeen of these cases were residents within the city limits of Stephenville, one was from Dublin and nine were rural residents of the county. These numbers bring the total cases since March to 1749.

BROWNWOOD Water slightly stained; 59 degrees; 2.50 low. Largemouth bass are fair with crankbaits, skirted jigs, and bladed spinners in 3-12’ near creeks, rocky shorelines, and fallen timber. Crappie are good on minnows in brush piles and timber near a creek channel.
