Dublin again had a dry year with the lowest rainfall amount in a decade occurring in 2022, with a significant drought that contributed into an extreme wildfire season. Rainfall for Dublin, as collected and reported by the Dublin Citizen every week on page A4, was at 22.5, much lower than the 40.
